Jarrett Apprenticeship Program

The Apprenticeship Program is a program that offers opportunities for growth and career advancement. Our apprenticeship program lasts four years, during which you’ll work full-time while receiving competitive pay and benefits. This program provides education to accompany each level of apprenticeship. Each of the 4 levels provides 10 months of education to accompany the On-The-Job Learning (OJL) conducted by Jarrett Fire. The education includes the updated Sprinkler Fitting textbooks, 2 live sessions each month, performance tasks to reinforce the modules, self-study components, and assessments.
